Who is invited:
All "car guys and ladies" who share our objectives and wish to enjoy an evening out, plus representatives from Christian-sponsored car clubs, car shows,
youth pastors and leaders, senior pastors and men's ministry leaders.
When:
Saturday, April 22, Doors open & Car Display at 5:00 pm, Dinner at 7:00 pm
Purpose of Dinner:
To share the Good News
To serve as a catalyst for promoting various car events that are either Christian-based or sponsored, and/or church sponsored events i.e.
summer picnics and festivals.
To invite and encourage men's and youth ministry leaders of area
churches to consider using the existing car shows and events as an outreach and/or consider the potential of hosting or developing a car show (or club) of their own as an outreach in their communities
Where:
Nile Golf & Country Club, 6601 244th SW, Mountlake Terrace, WA 98043 at exit #177 off I-5. Go west towards Edmonds. Nile entrance is first street on your right, going westbound.
Price:
Full course dinner is $ 35.00 pp in advance, includes tax and tips - $ 45.00 at door (subject to availability) Prime Rib or Halibut Griot. Vegetarian on request.
Patrons:
Patrons (underwriting supporters) are provided 4 dinner tickets - $500.00 per table of 8 to support the program. Balance is donation (501.c.3)
Underwriting Partners:
Underwriting sponsors - for family, business or individual who wishes to assist with underwriting the expenses of this event, a donation of $1,000 provides Table of 8, plus 2 scholarships for students. Balance is donation (501.c.3)
